Dear colleague,
We are reaching out to ask for 3 minutes of your time to help us map the
use of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) in
genotype-to-phenotype (G2P) research in terrestrial and aquatic farmed
animals.

We’re looking for research groups, labs, and companies—from both public
and private sectors—that apply or develop AI/ML tools for G2P research.
This includes work in (but not limited to):
- Genomic prediction
- Automated phenotyping (e.g. computer vision)
- Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) with AI
- Computational genomics and multi-omics integration
Both established groups and those just starting with AI/ML approaches
are encouraged to participate.
This survey is part of the EuroFAANG RI consortium and will help build
a community of practice, identify collaboration opportunities, and
promote visibility for ongoing work in this area.
Please feel free to share this with colleagues working at the intersection
of G2P and AI/ML in livestock or aquaculture.
