Subject: Minion in education

We are developing a capstone course and would like to use the Minion in the
lab for whole genome and targeted sequencing. We have found the Nanopore
company to be unresponsive to our queries regarding the recommended
computational resources needed to support these activities. If anyone that
has successfully used the Minion for these experimental approaches could
provide information regarding their computer system, that would be most
useful. Also, any tips regarding using the Minion would be greatly
appreciated.
