What's new on the NAGRP animal genome web site (#3, 2005):

FUNCTIONS:
=========
- New sequence databases have been added to the NAGRP blast server:

   o UniGene unique sequences from Human, Cattle, Chicken and Pigs
   o Cattle genomics sequences in 320,500 fragments (updated June 12)
   o 4.5 million Pig sequences including ~3.8 million fragments from
     Sino-Danish project representing 0.66x coverage of the pig genome

- The Expeditor tool is installed on a faster server where the blast
   subject EST databases are automatically updated weekly, which include
   TIGR Indices for Pigs, Cow, Chicken, Rainbow Trout, Atlantic Salmon,
   and Catfish; NCBI Unigene for Pigs, Cow, Chicken, and Sheep.

- Crittenden Genomics References is now managed with MySQL -- the
   search is made much easier and faster

- A web form is made available to public with which you can enter new
