(
This is a joint release with the 58th QTLdb release.)
In addition, a number of trait data updates were made that affected
57 correlations and 62 heritability data in all 6 species. Data
updates also included changes related to 40 pig heritability data.
Database development notes:
(1) The CorrDB data‑curation pipeline was originally
designed with the assumption that each data report pertains to a (single)
species. To handle the uncommon cases where a publication includes data from
multiple species, we have introduced optional exceptions that allow trait
measurement data from multiple species in a single publication be curated
to appropriate species by the same curator (curator accounts/platforms are
species dependent).
